About Northwest Autowire & 4wheelinjunkycom

Northwest Autowire is a family owned, operated, and managed manufacturer of replacement wiring harness for vintage cars and 4x4's. The company was founded in 2000 as a part time retail business marketing automotive electrical products on eBay and at swap meets and car shows. By early 2003 the part time "hobby" had become a full time business requiring a full time commitment. Later in 2003 we designed and manufactured or very first Northwest Autowire exclusive product, The T3-Universal kit. This simple yet effective universal wiring harness was so popular that our sales instantly quadrupled which opened the door for the design and manufacturing of several more affordable automotive wiring harnesses including the T4-Universal, T3-Jeep, and T3-Bronco. All of which we still offer today. In 2006 we proudly began offering our line of Northwest Autowire products for distributorship around the world and continue to do so today.

4wheelinjunky.com was founded in 2003 as the primary on-line retailer for Northwest Autowire's line of replacement wiring harnesses. Over the past several years thanks mostly to our commitment to old fashion customer service ( you know.. the days when a merchant would thank you for your business instead of acting like your wasting his time ) and good word of mouth from thousands of happy customers we've grown to become a world wide e-commerce company and eBay Power Seller. These days we're not only a retailer of Northwest Autowire products but also market products from Randy Ellis Design Inc, Rocktite Metal Fab., and several other US companies.

So how can we offer such low prices?

Many of the products we offer we also manufacture on site using top quality components that we purchase in large volume to get the best pricing possible. As a e-commerce company we do not have the expense of operating a "downtown" retail store and showroom or the costs involved in keeping people on staff to manage and operate such a facility. Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sales, and Packaging are all operated out of one location. All this adds up to very low overhead which means we can afford to pass the savings on to you!
